CONCESSIONS
RESPONSIBLE FROM START-TO-FINISH PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND POST-COMPLETION ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES
As a responsible corporation, our primary goal is to bring development and progress to as many areas as possible. We have placed emphasis on diversifying our ventures to include the development of affordable housing, as well as undertaking and implementing crucial operations for public and private buildings and developments.
Our Private Finance Initiative (PFI), which is part of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) programme, is managed via our Concession arm – Sasaran Etika Sdn Bhd & Naluri Etika Sdn Bhd.
Our role as concessionaire includes the provision of asset management services, which involves executing roles such as general maintenance work, landscaping and housekeeping services.
By recognising the need to ensure the operational viability of developments we have constructed, we always aim to find ways to build a sustainable revenue base for each project.
Our expertise in this area has made us fully equipped to play a key role post-completion, and we have further expanded our scope of services to encompass specialised operations for other types of commercial buildings and developments.
PORTFOLIO OF CURRENT CONCESSIONS PROJECTS
Student Hostels for International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM)
Gagasan Nadi Cergas, via Sasaran Etika, holds the concession for student hostels and related facilities in IIUM, Kuantan, Pahang. Under the agreement, we are responsible to finance, construct and deliver student hostels to accommodate 5,000 students in IIUM, Kuantan, Pahang. Upon the completion of construction, we would provide facility management services for the said student hostels and related facilities.
The student hostels were completed in 2014 and thereafter, the Group immediately commenced the provision of facility management services for IIUM, Kuantan. The facility management services are for the duration of 20 years until 2034.

Student Hostels for Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM)
The Group, via Naluri Etika holds the concession for student hostels and related facilities in UTeM, Durian Tunggal, Melaka. Our role in the project entails financing, designing, developing, constructing and completing student hostels and related facilities to accommodate 5,000 students in UTeM. Upon the completion of construction, we would provide facility management services for the said student hostels and related facilities.
The construction of the student hostels and related facilities commenced in 2015 and was completed in the second quarter of 2017. Immediately after, we began providing facility management services for UTeM student hostels for a 20-year period up to 2037.
